Massage

The rubbing or kneading on part’s of the body especially to aid circulation, relax the muscles, reduce pain, increase joint flexibility, and reduce stress. Massage enhances immunities by stimulating lymphatic drainage.

 

Hot Stone (SYNERGY STONE)

A form of massage using smooth stones (warmed between two heating pads) on the body to soften and relax muscles. Stones are placed on certain areas of the body to relax and soften muscles or are used to massage tightness and tension away.

Warm Bamboo

A form of massage using smooth Bamboo or Rosewood sticks (warmed in heating pad) on the body. The warmth from the bamboo assists in softening the skin and underlying muscles to release tension and loosening of knots.

 

Deep Tissue/Sports

A vigorous paced massage, where deeper more intense pressure is used to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability. Used to modulate pain; increasing range of motion (ROM), reducing or eliminating soft tissue inflammation; inducing relaxation; improving contractile and non-contractile tissue repair, which improves function.

 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the main forms of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves the use of sharp, thin needles that are inserted in the body at very specific points. This process is believed to adjust and alter the body’s energy flow into healthier patterns, and is used to treat a variety of illnesses and health conditions. Acupuncture also uses alternatives treatments for those with an aversion to needles; (low level laser, magnets, beads, and moxibustion.)

Acu. Addiction Relief 

Auricular aupuncture designed to help aide in the battle of kicking addictions. It is a series of 9 (20 minute) sessions. Each session is modified for the individual needs of each client. Due to the discounted prices all session are done in the home office. Once the initial protocol is completed monthly session may be needed to insure sobriety.

 

Reflexology

An alternative therapy involving the physical act of applying pressure to the hands, feet, or ears that correlates to specific areas of the body. This technique has been known to help aid in healing or alleviating various illness or pains.
