Soaking the pain away!!!

Life affords us many aches and pains we would like to avoid. However, we overlooked many of the simplest remedies we can use to our advantage.


A simple weekly soak in a bath can and will loosen tight muscles, aches, pains, strains, and tension. Not only in our body, but also in our mind! Allowing our body to soak in a warm/hot bath lends to the natural water rejuvenation techniques that we all can benefit from.


There are several products that we can add to our baths to enhance the needed relaxation and rejuvenation, but also benefit out skin:

-Epsom Salt & Baking Soda

-Essential Oils

-Milk

-Hemp or CBD

-Body Butters
